DJ ElyBat Deathrock/Post Punk/Wave Blackout in the Bat House Malediction has been Djing the past 15 years and has held residencies at El Toro, Communion, and Sin13 which he co-owned from September of 2001 until early 2005. Malediction also held residencies at Atomix, Club Rain and Industry night club. Malediction is the co-founder of Legion one of the first Deathrock festivals in the US, Deathrock Disko in Austin and currently hosts his own event 1313 , a monthly Deathrock/Goth event in San Antonio, Texas which features Gothic/Deathrock djs and dark artists. He is often a guest DJ at events such as No Doves Fly Here and Funeral Parade among many other dark events in the Texas region. Most recently Malediction brought Propoganda (a dark 80′s dance weekly) back to life with his co-dj Fell at Wax lounge in SATX. DJ Depraved Industrial/House/EBM Dark Industrial Frequencies Since moving to San Antonio, TX, DJ Depraved has really improved his outlook on the industrial music scene, and is proving himself to the locals by bringing new and rarely played bands and tracks to clubs and venues. DJ Gomez Post Punk/EBM/Synthpop The Catacombs DJ Gomez began his radio career at the beginning of 2007 while still in college. He created the goth/industrial radio show “The Catacombs” on Revolution 91.7 in Bowling Green, KY. After graduating, he moved the show to WVQC-LP in Cincinnati. In 2011, “The Catacombs” became an online streaming show on Live365.com until mid 2012. DJ Gomez continues to work on new projects in the goth scene including live club DJ’ing, assistance with other groups/organizations promoting gothic music, and his own music project. Webpage |

DJ Count Everything The Requiem DJ Count is the Creator and Founder of ‘The Requiem Podcast’. DJ Dirty Messiah Indie/Ethereal/Synthpop The Confessional DjDirtyMessiah is a full time student at Full Sail University in the Music Production B.S. program, with goals of setting up a studio, and taking over the world. To aide in the making of alternative ear candy for the masses, he has decided to make friendlies with all the obscure sounds he can find, or manufacture. DJ Wyntre Mysteria Deathrock/Goth/Wave Grave Dance Decayed from the forgotten tombs under the bustling city of Washington DC, DJ Wyntre Mysteria has definitely shown that goth is most certaintly not dead. Spinning an eclectic mix of old school and newer more current goth and deathrock bands; you are bound to hear something new, dark and hauntingly beautiful each time. DJ Wyntre Mysteria can be found spinning haunting tunes in and around DC and Baltimore. DJ Ins-ext (France) Noize/Hellektro/Terror Noizecast First, he was a DJ in nearly every kind of music. Then, he found himself in dark, noizy, electronic but nonetheless rock sounds. So, he began to spin more and more of theses sounds. In the meantime, his other self graduated to Sound Engineer for TV/radio/movie. Both “selves” decided to work together. So, now, the Insext a.k.a the Noizible (because his favorite noise is “krr krr” and that’s why some people called him Krr. yeah, that’s a lot of nicknames, I know) produces dark/industrial/electrorock/EBM stuff mixed with movie samples. Most of them are in french (because he’s a frog, but a frog with balls) and sometimes in english, or german…or maybe russian ? or japanese ? Anyway, it doesn’t matter as he sees himself as citizen of the world and has no taste for any kind of borders. Episodes |
New Show Format
The moment you’ve been waiting for is here! The bat is finally out of the bag!
The shows format is changing. For the last 3 years, DJ Count has been bringing you weekly mixes of his own design. This is no longer the case! The Count has hand picked a small group of DJ’s to add to the show! Each week you will experience the vision of a new DJ. Each show will be unique, covering the full spectrum of the underground scene.
The new format is launching with DJDirtyMessiah, DJ Wyntre Mysteria, and DJ Depraved starting July. There may be more added in the future, and all the DJ’s and their bios can be found on this page.
This is a large undertaking and as such, there are bound to be hiccups, not to mention that change is hard and always manages to piss a few people off. As time goes on and we settle into what works and what doesn’t things will really start to take off. As always, YOU, the listener, are the most important part of the show, and everything I do is to please and serve you in the best way I can.
